The GSA has 3/4'' longer travel than a standard GS model. If you put a lower seat on the GSA and put the suspension mode in LOW, and the seat adjustment in LOW the seat height will be around 33 1/2'' which will allow your 30'' inseam to be able to touch with the balls of your feet.

Both front and rear suspension is about an inch shorter. The side and center stands are also shorter (because the bike's ground clearance is lower). Everything else is the same, so no affect on bike geometry between seat and footpegs (unless you also buy a low seat, which has thinner foam). 2018 BMW R1200GSA, 2010 Ducati 848.
